The Monument Group was engaged by ChildSavers to conduct a campaign feasibility study and then to assist in managing the ChildSavers 100 Campaign. The $14 million comprehensive campaign focused on enlarging the endowment, supporting capital and technology projects, and expanding behavioral health programing for children.
The Monument Group worked with Ronald McDonald House Charities to help them define a culture of philanthropy by implementing a Donor Journey mapping process, and then worked with staff to redefine roles based on this new model.
The Monument Group managed the capital campaign that brought The Healing Place to Richmond in 2005. In 2012, The Healing Place became a program of CARITAS and in 2020 expanded to add services for women.
Virginia League for Planned Parenthood and The Monument Group have partnered in fund development for over 10 years. The Monument Group has helped guide two different capital campaigns each totaling over $4 million and the strategic growth of annual fundraising.
